Exchange & Return Policy

At 10|23 Boutique we want you to have the best shopping experience possible and do our best to give you as much information on an item to decide if it'll work for you. However, we do know that sometimes some items just do not work out and we want to do our best to help if you're not completely satisfied!

Please look over your items and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any damages.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store Credit: If you'd prefer to not exchange for another item or size we will gladly issue you a refund in the form of Store Credit if the item is returned within 14 business days of receiving the item. *Eligible on non-final sale items.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or item within 14 business days. *The shipping cost to us and back to the customer is the customer's responsibility. 10|23 Boutique is not responsible for paying shipping to return an item to us.

*Items must have tags still attached and must not have been worn or washed. If we suspect an item is not in the same condition it was when we shipped to the customer, 10|23 Boutique has the right to refuse a return and/or refuse a refund.
