Recently, Adley underwent a series of MRIs that revealed a rare brain tumor called a colloid cyst of the third ventricle. Further testing also discovered a Chiari malformation and a syrinx on her spinal cord.

After meeting with a neurosurgeon team, they believe her symptoms are primarily coming from the Chiari malformation. For now, they will closely monitor the growth of the cyst and focus on the malformation.

💗 Adley is scheduled for surgery on October 27.

As you can imagine, these last few weeks have been overwhelming for her family—emotionally, physically, and financially. And while we can’t take away the fear or the waiting, we can help carry the burden.
